  • Working Location: Jurong West (Company transport provided)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and track customer orders in ERP systems.
  • Confirm orders and provide clear delivery timelines.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status.
  • Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams for timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support workflow improvements, process implementation, and system updates.
  • Manage invoicing, dispute resolution, and optimize order-to-cash efficiency.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including OTIF, order accuracy, and response times.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industrial environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/TMS) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
