  • Position Title: Senior HR Executive / HR Lead
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM – 5 PM / 9.15 AM – 6 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of broad HR strategies, initiatives, and standard procedures.
  • Engage in a range of HR tasks, including hiring, managing salaries, overseeing employee benefits, evaluating performance, and fostering employee growth.
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records in the Infotech system.
  • Manage work permit processes and stay in line with Ministry of Manpower rules.
  • Communicate with labour unions and address staff-related issues.
  • Produce reports relating to staffing needs and recruitment activities.
  • Oversee the administrative and office duties within the HR department.
  • Handle the processes related to purchasing and processing payments through SAP.
  • Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.

  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience or related 
  • Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
