Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum + Performance Based Bonus

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to our clients across various construction projects. Your responsibilities will vary based on your level of experience:

• Manage quantity surveying projects independently, providing expert guidance and oversight.
• Conduct cost estimates, budget preparations, and meticulous cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Utilise advanced Excel skills, including Macro/Power Queries, to analyse project data and generate insightful reports for clients.
• Negotiate contracts, manage contractors/sub-contractor relationships and work performance to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• You will work with a team who strive for excellence in their day-to-day work. You will be empowered to apply innovative ideas to your project delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably on infrastructure projects (i.e. railway / highway).
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Macro/Power Queries, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for efficient project management.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying related roles.
