• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarize with the company's sales pipelines to effectively engage with existing processes and contribute to effective sales strategies in expanding client’s base.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on current trends, customer needs, and demands.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to meet and exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
• Maintain good relationships with current clients, ensuring a continuous and reliable presence that leads to customer satisfaction and generates potential referrals.
• Lead project management duties, ensuring timely delivery of services, and coordinating effectively across different departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Participate in sales training programs designed to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring alignment with the company's standards and objectives.
• Other necessary tasks as required.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering studies.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (Engineering Industry is preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel).
