  • Position Title: Procurement Admin (Purchaser/Buyer)
  • Working Location: East – Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon to Thurs 8 am-6 pm, Fri 8 am-5 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 2500 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Maintain procurement records and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Track and manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely receipt of goods.
  • Ensure procurement documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
  • Manage the procurement database and ensure data integrity.
