Position Title: Service Admin Coordinator
Working Location: JTC Defu Industrial City
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM/ 8:30AM-5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities
Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies and initiatives.
Adhere to company policies and promote a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless program execution.
Maintain consistent and effective communication across all stakeholders.
Manage daily service orders, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are promptly resolved.
Review SOWs, define service scopes, and request quotations from subcontractors.
Prepare and submit quotations and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely uploads to client portals.
Schedule and coordinate logistics, including BOL preparation and pickups.
Verify subcontractor reports and documentation before submission.
Upload reports, certificates, FMV, and Makor data into relevant portals.
Compile and share final reports with clients, ensuring all required documents are included.
Provide administrative and purchasing support and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical background.
Diploma or equivalent work experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
Flexible, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
