Position Title: Quality Assurance Engineer/ QA Engineer

Working Location: Tuas (Transportation provided from Jurong West area)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm

Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product or service issues.

Test existing products to identify deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.

Analyze product quality and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive quality planning strategies.

Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project delivery.

Identify bottlenecks in the quality assurance process and propose effective improvements.

Manage and drive continuous improvement projects.

Gather quality-related data and determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality.

Prepare and deliver reports and quality metrics to senior management.

Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Solid understanding of quality or technical-related concepts.
