Position Title: Customer Service Officer
Working Location: Kallang (walk distance from MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
Handle general enquiries and assist with registrations, including walk-in customers.
Manage corporate client accounts and resolve feedback, complaints, or issues.
Support training administration, including course registration, verification of trainees’ documents, feedback collection, system updates, logistics coordination, and other admin duties.
Follow up on outstanding payments and work closely with the finance team to ensure timely settlement.
Maintain accurate records and proper filing (both hard copy and electronic) for all training registrations.
Respond promptly to enquiries via email or phone regarding exam results, certificates, or card status after verifying identity and payment status.
Manage enrolments and payment follow-ups from customers.
Ensure compliance with requirements from relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, LSP, SSG, IRCA, CPE) and company policies.
Ensure proper coordination and handover of tasks to relevant departments.

Minimum GCE O-Level.
Prior experience in customer service field is required.
Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve KPIs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
