• Position Title: Service Engineer
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Execute equipment power-up/ down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls).
• Provide technical support and onsite training to clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with site engineers and customer engineering teams.
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit regular (weekly/ monthly) updates on activities, progress, and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to data center safety regulations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

• Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, preferably dealing with ACMV/ DX systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
• Possess practical knowledge of CRAC/ WDS or critical infrastructure.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Willing to commit for standby duties, and ability to perform manual work in data center environments.
