Position Title: Quantity Surveyor

Working Location: Site & Office Based (Office near City Hall MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days (Depending on project), 44 hrs per week

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contract terms thoroughly.

Prepare cost estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost analyses, including sourcing and assessing supplier quotations and making procurement recommendations.

Develop subcontract documentation in line with project requirements and specifications.

Carry out measurement and valuation of completed works, including progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement with subcontractors.

Draft and manage contractual correspondence, ensuring timely submission of claims in accordance with contract requirements.

Maintain organized records, documentation, and contract registers for proper tracking and compliance.

Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, marine/ coastal, or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, with hands-on experience in measurement, cost control, and contract administration.

Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Capable of working independently, managing tight deadlines, and adapting to fast-paced site environments.
