  • Working Location: One-North (5 mins from Buona Vista MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + VB
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inquiries quickly and use effective sales techniques to share information about our curriculum.
  • Keep the Sales and Admissions Database up to date, ensuring all lead data is accurately recorded in the sales funnel.
  • Follow up with leads regularly, guiding families through the sales process from initial interest to enrolment.
  • Manage the entire sales application process to ensure a smooth transition from a sales lead to a registered student.
  • Ensure all documentation is following school standards for sales conversions, including pupil files and legal records.
  • Work with the Finance Department to manage sales deposits, application fees, and tuition payments.
  • Conduct engaging school tours and presentations for prospective parents and educational agents.
  • Highlight the school’s mission to attract diverse stakeholders as a key selling point.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in updating marketing materials to align with current sales and enrolment goals.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, school admissions, or a high-performance sales/customer service role.
  • Diploma in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Sales CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
  • Strong sales communication skills with the ability to "close the deal" confidently and empathetically.
  • A sales-driven, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
