  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and coordinate closely with consultants
  • Oversee design development and ensure smooth implementation
  • Manage client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required
  • Resolve design and technical issues during project execution
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks

  • At least 5 years of local project management experience
  • Strong capabilities in design development and detailing
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BOA recognised)
  • BOA registration is an advantage
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCAD
