Position Title: IOR/ EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive

Working Location: Raffles (walk distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

 

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IOR/ EOR processes for international shipments, including coordination of pricing and documentation.

Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.

Review and maintain accurate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Prepare and submit import/ export permits, declarations, and other required trade documentation.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients on pricing requests and shipment-related enquiries.

Assist in negotiating rates with partners to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing.

Identify and onboard new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new partners.

Keep up to date with customs regulations and international trade policies across relevant markets.

Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/ export regulations and requirements.

Minimum Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.

Familiarity with IOR/ EOR processes and global trade regulations is advantageous.

Knowledge of APAC trade compliance is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with overseas partners.
