Position Title: Project Manager / IT Project Manager

Working Location: Bukit Merah, Central

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Benefits + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from kickoff, planning, execution, go-live to final handover.

Manage project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal technical teams, operations teams, and management.

Manage stakeholder expectations on project scope, timeline, risks, and changes.

Conduct project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure closure.

Identify project risks early and escalate issues with clear updates and recommendations.

Coordinate requirements gathering, system setup, testing, training, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Monitor project scope and support change request assessment when requirements change.

Ensure all project deliverables are properly documented, reviewed, accepted, and handed over.

Drive project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.

Experience in IT, software, automation, system implementation, infrastructure, or operations projects is preferred.

Familiar with project tools such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.

Experience in UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, or support transition will be an advantage.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous but not required.
