• Industry/ Organization Type: Hardware & Engineering (Thermoplastic)
• Position Title: Engineering Technician
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.00pm; Sat: 8.00am -12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and ensure heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly.
• Carry out general maintenance works such as painting, wall patching, plumbing repairs, air-conditioning servicing, and maintenance of electrical switches and fixtures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Inspect and monitor building machinery and equipment regularly.
• Report any security or asset-related issues observed.
• Follow emergency response procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Support evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance works.
• Able to carry out general repair and maintenance tasks independently.
