- Position Title: System Support Engineer (Telecommunication/ PABX)
- Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration of Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/ Cloud PABX, Network Switches etc.
- Provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting.
- Validate System Design Documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a proactive approach and positive attitude.
- Continuously acquire and update product knowledge in line with industry trends.

- At least ITE with minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data project, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, troubleshooting LAN/VoIP systems is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in IT and communication system/PABX is required
- Alcatel, Mitel and Yeastar PABX knowledge will be an added advantage.
