- Position Title: Sales Account Manager
- Working Location: Kallang (near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet targets and nurture strong client relationships.
- Conduct B2B sales activities and lead the sales team in achieving sales objectives while enhancing customer experiences.
- Maintain and grow sales with existing key accounts and develop new key accounts.
- Work collaboratively with business partners and the in-house AV Design Team to craft solutions that meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure competitive bids and manage partner relationships (Manufacturers).
- Identify and secure partnerships to broaden solution offerings for customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Focus on solutions related to audio, visual, and video conferencing.
- Target market includes enterprises and non-enterprises (Education, Healthcare, Government, etc.)

- Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in IT, Engineering, Audio Visual or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B setting with a proven track record.
- Experience in a project-focused, custom solutions sales environment is preferred.
- Background in designing and building solutions involving AV, IT, communication, and industrial hardware/ equipment.
- Familiar with audio and visual, videoconferencing, and telephony solutions is an added advantage.
- Experience managing key accounts in the enterprise market.
