Position Title: Project Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Working Location: Layang-layang Johor

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8.00am – 5.00pm

Salary Package: Basic

Duration: 6 months contract, convertible to work in SG

 

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities carried out by subcontractors.

Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate with subcontractors, site personnel, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.

Enforce workplace safety and ensure adherence to WSH regulations and site safety practices.

Identify and resolve site issues, discrepancies, or delays promptly.

Track work progress and prepare regular updates and reports for management.

Assist in site planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization at all times.

Any other task as assigned by management.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision

Experience overseeing subcontractors and site coordination

Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and processes

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
