- Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive quotations and manage tender processes for construction projects
- Handle pre-contract and post-contract documentation to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), carry out measurements, and compile progress claims to support cost tracking and reporting
- Work closely with the Project Manager on additional project-related tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Use CAD software, BIM tools, and MS Office to prepare accurate project documents and support project operations

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential property projects
- Proficient in CAD software, BIM, and MS Office applications
